I had a very disappointing experience with this car dealership. From the start, it was clear that their priority was not customer satisfaction but maximizing their own profits at my expense. They attempted to significantly overcharge me for the vehicle I was interested in, while offering an unreasonably low value for my trade-in. Took my car in Friday July 26th to Adrian and Joe in service to take a look at the leather to see if Porsche would cover the replacement of what I thought was premature wear as car is a 2024 Cayman S obtained March from another dealership new. Regardless of dealership purchased at was trying to get Porsche to cover it and dealership would be reimbursed. This is the Porsche dealership that every enthusiast should deal with. Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador, Robert Kearney has assisted me in ordering all the extras the way I wanted them. Business Manager, Ed Trombley is the best at describing the programs offered to protect my 911 investment. He also has an awesome desktop paperwork presentation. Worst experience ever. One minute they tell you, you have a deal after they run your credit and you figure out the financing then they tell you the car is sold. My only assumption is that someone came in with a better deal. Stay away from these guys. They don’t want to build a long relationship with their clients. They want the quick buck. 11/10 Experience with Porsche Tampa, and a huge thank you to Eric Kozuh! I had been looking to trade in my vehicle for a 4x4 SUV for quite some time. After reviewing several car models I chose the Porsche 911 Carrera. I chose Eric Baumann from the sales team. Great choice! All of my questions and concerns were addressed through messenger. When I arrived at the dealership to place my order all pricing and fees were the same as quoted. The following day Eric notified me that the dealership had received an allocation for a 911 Carrera and my order was placed. Car to be delivered in June. This has been a great experience, I feel like a valued customer.

Driving from Monthomery, AL to Odessa, Fl, we encountered difficulties after we crossed into Florida. Temp gauge went to the max and a red warning light came on. We stopped, checked the coolant, which was down. We added just over a gallon, let the car sit and cool down, and then got back in the road. We got gas in Perry and there were no problems. When we got near Weeki Watchee the temp gauge maxed out again. We stopped in a lighted parking lot, checked the fluids, and called the insurance company, who dispatched a wrecker. Within an hour ...

We were in route north on I-75 on our way to NC when DEF warning lights came on. We called Porsche Tampa and Ryan helped us get to the dealership. The problem was diagnosed but part was not in stock. He gave us a loaner vehicle to get us back home(2 hrs south)- and wait for the part to come in. Very professional, polite and helpful. Helped us make the unfortunate situation tolerable.

Too much of a disconnect between sales and finance team. Sold me a used lease at new car full price. Resent documents via email but never the correct and original agreed upon price for the lease. I feel duped by the entire sales team and especially finance. They went "radio silent" after I made the complaint about the pricing being wrong. I love driving the car but this completely ruins the experience of my first porsche. I will not be going back to this dealership for anything!

This is my 3rd purchase from this dealership. I will continue to recommend them as their personnel and service are outstanding. Great dealership but the new car was stuck six weeks at the Jacksonville import terminal and delivered six weeks later than what was indicated by Track Your Dream and Porsche never explained why the car was delayed which was frustrating.

Very pleasant with no hidden fees. No pressure and when I remotely asked for a quote OTD, I received it within minutes. When I went into the dealer the quote was exactly as written. Usually dealers will try to change the terms when you go into see them.

Our salesperson Eric was incredibly helpful and Porsche Tampa sold us a fantastic car!! Will plan on buying here again!!

Excellent experience with the dealer on the complete transaction. Follow-up was good and they use the most up to date document software which made the closing process easy.

Purchase was an overall good experience. Found out after I received the vehicle that there was some body repairs done that were not noticed in the pictures. Vehicle was shipped to home in Illinois which took one day longer then expected.

Interim service was supposed to be performed in 8 hrs. Vehicle was brought in at 8:00a on a Friday & wasn’t ready until Monday morning at 10:00a … didn’t have our vehicle for the entire weekend.

Our first Initial service at this location was great but when we got our car back from service, found out that our 911 Manual Book was missing. I have tried 4 different Porsche dealers for service, Tampa Porsche is far and away the cream of the crop. This is the only dealership that I bring my Porsche to. My service adviser, Greg Cataldo, is on top of all aspects of the service experience. The technicians are top notch, loaner cars are available and the waiting area is comfortable. I have even stopped by unannounced for a minor problem and it was immediately addressed by Greg and the service manager. These are people who care about what they do, and how they treat their customers!

They marked up parts 62% over what other DEALERSHIPS nationwide are charging. Other Porsche dealerships charging $1076K for inner and outer tail light on Cayenne. These guys charged $1753. You know these other dealerships are making money on their $1076 price, but apparently that's not enough profit for these folks. My appointment was with Service Advisor Ryan everything was checked as stated by Ryan. My Porsche was returned clean as Ryan had promised it would be. Waiting area was clean and well stocked with snacks and reading material about Porsches. All in all a great experience.
